Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Sculptè pieces as much as we loved creating them. We want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email sculpteclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return safely reaches us.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To change your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sculpteclo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
