• During busy periods (collection launches, promotions), processing may take longer.

Shipping Options & Times

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

• International Shipping: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

• Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

• Sculptè is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Missing / Delayed Orders

• Please allow the estimated delivery time before contacting us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Sculptè is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
